Michelle Klimesh was elected Secretary at the General Council Meeting held inVancouver, BC in July of 1997.

In April 1998, Michelle resigned to fill a vacancy as Education Chairman, and Lorrie Krasny was appointed Secretary until the next General Council could vote in July 1998.

Minutes were provided for by Michelle at two General Council Meetings: 1) in July 1997 in Vancouver, B.C., and 2) in February 1998 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Lorrie Krasny took minutes at the Officers Meeting held in Chicago in April 1998.

Michelle was sick for the Vancouver meeting, so minutes were taken by Steve Dreier, but they were edited and published by Michelle.
