After 4 consecutive months of worship in Boulder, the Rocky Mountain Spiritual Fellowship has secured the next 4 months in Arvada at the Journeys For Conscious Living. The J4CL (as it is known) sits right off of Wadsworth in the area of Old Town Arvada, a quaint village in Jefferson County.
Our first worship there was held Sunday, September 11 -- the tenth anniversary of 9/11. The theme of this worship was World Peace: Hearing, Helping and Healing. It was wonderful!
This new space, Journeys for Conscious Living, has a great vibe. It's simply beautiful. Our service included a sacred circle of 21 souls from Denver and Boulder. We shared a wonderful meditation, wisdom and insights to consecrate the day and a sumptuous potluck meal afterwards, all for a "love donation" which we collected for the center. We also took three Urantia Books for them to sell on consignment in their bookstore, which they graciously accepted.

Directions from Denver: Take I70 to Wadsworth North then West(left)onto Ralston. Immediately turn right, at the Old Town Tavern and Grill, (before Compass Bank). Go behind the Old Town Tavern and Grill; we’re the building on the right, directly in front of Gunther Tootie's restaurant. |
