Annual Report of the Secretary-General

June 2, 2006

This report is a summary of my sixth year as an officer.

The basic work that I do is scan and forward all mail that comes to the New York address to the appropriate persons, take the minutes for the Executive Committee meetings and conference calls.

There is always a lot of communication with prompt and courteous follow up telephone calls, e-mail correspondence, and when necessary I help support committee work and inquiries from members. Keeping records of all Executive Committee communications is another requirement of this position.

I have assisted Robert Burns in researching and writing the Financial Investment policy and a Consultant Agreement. The goal is to put in writing a clear cut set of objectives for what we hope to accomplish in each area.

I have tried to seek for opportunities to further friendly relationships with members of our and other organizations in the reader community while listening to better ways that might reflect a higher spiritual direction.

Only with the support of our readership in partnership with our purpose can we accomplish the vision and achieve the greater goal of a universal spiritual brotherhood.

I hope I have satisfied the criteria that is required of me and brought to the position an independent point of view that reflects the teachings of The Urantia Book. It has been a gratifying experience to serve in this capacity.

Lastly, it has been an honor for me to serve under the leadership of Avi Dogim, who has represented a model of courageous perseverance and integrity.
