As faith-enlightened and spirit-liberated sons of the kingdom of heaven, you face a double responsibility ofduty to man and duty to God while you voluntarily assume a third and sacred obligation: service to the brotherhood of God-knowing believers. [178:1.5]

Interfaith Committee Conference Call, March 2005

March 7th, 2005 8:00 CST
In attendance were:

Gard Jameson
Charlene Morrow
Gene Narducy
Richard Omura
At the beginning of our meeting Richard Omura resigned from the Interfaith
committee but will remain as our website liaison and adjunct. We are very
grateful to him for staying on and managing our web site needs pertaining to
Interfaith.
We discussed keeping a presence in the Mighty Messenger. In this upcoming
edition, there will be an announcement about the 2005 Nain conference in Las
Vegas.
Gane Narducy brought us up to date on the DVD/CD project. He has been working
with someone in Los Angeles on a documentary type proposal. Once they have
some kind of a working plan/idea, Gene will be contacting interested Urantia
Book readers. The Foundation is working on a similar project. Barbara Newsome
is actively involved in the Foundation project. She has expressed a sincere
interest to work with Gene and team.
We discussed and clarified Gard's letter to the youth about the August 2005
NAIN conference in Las Vegas. I will send the letter to Richard who will get
it posted on various websites around the country.
We next discussed the NAIN event in Las Vegas. Charlene Morrow, Gene Narducy
and Susan Cook will all be attending. We have two primary purposes at this
conference: to meet as many people in the arena of Interfaith as possible, and
to cook and serve 400 people Monday, the last night of the conference.
We all commented that our Interfaith group is solidifying with good purpose.
We're looking forward to progress and more membership as we grow stronger, more
mature and exert a greater presence.

Thank you all very much for this meaningful adventure -
Susan
