WHEREAS it is our will to wholeheartedly seek to know and do the Father's Will, and

WHEREAS The Urantia Book is the Fifth Epochal Revelation to this world, and

WHEREAS only transformed individuals can transform the world, and

WHEREAS only in The Urantia Book is the transforming expanded gospel of Jesus exquisitely, lovingly and holistically integrated with a cosmology, philosophy and religion compatible with science.

NOW, therefore, the specific religious purposes for which this corporation is organized are as follows:

(1) The Center for Urantia Book Synergy (herein referred to as C.U.B.S.) shall support, foster, expedite and actively promote the study, understanding, and widespread dissemination of The Urantia Book and its teachings; the recognition, appreciation and application by all people of the transforming fact of the Fatherhood of God and the Brotherhood of man, essential to the actualization of the Kingdom of God on Earth.

(2) C.U.B.S. shall universally promote an expanded awareness and understanding of the most important of all human knowledge, the religious life of Jesus and how he lived it, as revealed in The Urantia Book.

(3) C.U.B.S. shall effect the widespread awareness and easy affordable availability of The Urantia Book to the spiritually hungry and truth-seeking people of the planet.

(4) And all of this shall ever be done seeking the guidance of God's Light within each of us, and in active cooperation with our celestial partners.

(5) This corporation is a California nonprofit religious corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It is organized under the Nonprofit Religious Corporation Law of the State of California for religious purposes.
