"No More Stress Just Happiness" Action Plan

STAGE ONE - DECIDE TO START EACH DAY WITH JOY
          1. Declare the day a happy day immediately when you wake up.
          2. Tell the truth, the whole truth all the time. DO NOT LIE.
          3. Ask questions. Speak with love. Listen with understanding.

STAGE TWO - DECIDE TO DENY PERMISSION FOR NEGATIVE THOUGHTS AND EMOTIONS TO TAKE AWAY YOUR JOY
          1. When you experience negative thoughts, feelings, emotions, stress,
                   TAKE ownership over the mad (anger), sad (disappointment),
                   bad (shame) and "egad" (worry, fear). GO TO THE PERSON
                   SAY "I AM CONFUSED." Be silent. Reply if asked why. If
                    they don't ask why, say "thank you" and leave in silence.
          2. When you experience negative thoughts, feelings, emotions, stress,
                   DO SAY  "Thank you. There is a lesson to be learned here.
                   DO ASK "What are you trying to teach me?"
          3. Practice the action of forgiveness in the following ways:
                   Help me to ask for forgiveness and to know I am forgivable.
                   Help me to forgive the person to set me free from their control.
                   Help me to forgive the person and to bless them with prayer.
                   Forgive me for what I did to cause the negative situation.
                   Forgive me for letting negativity try to take away my joy.

STAGE THREE - DECIDE TO STOP CREATING STRESS
          START loving yourself and others without conditions.
          1. Stop having to be right. Stop trying to have the last word.
          2. Stop being judgmental. Stop being critical. Stop finding fault.
          3. Stop trying to control, dominate, and manipulate others.
          4. Stop being selfish, self-righteous, self-sufficient, self-centered.        

STAGE FOUR - DECIDE TO STOP DOING THINGS THAT MAY BE HARMFUL TO YOURSELF AND OTHERS
          1. Decide you want to stop.
          2. Admit to yourself with humility that you can't stop.
          3. Ask for your desire to do certain things be removed and stopped.
          4. Go and do a random of kindness when the old desire comes back.
          5. Do the will of God as you understand it each day.
