In the 1955 text, this word is hyphenated "bond-servant" and is broken at the hyphen to begin a new line of type. In the following sentence, "bondservant" is found as one word. Both "bond servant" and "bond-servant" are found once elsewhere in the Urantia papers (69:5.8 and 130:6.3). In the tenth (1990) Urantia Foundation printing, both occurrences in the present paragraph were separated into two words. In view of the varied usage within the papers themselves, it seems unnecessary to impose consistency by such editing, so the original has been restored here (with the assumption that the writer of this paper would use the same form in two consecutive sentences).
