All Urantia Foundation printings have read "Level values." During preparation of the Uversa Press Edition it was felt that "Level values" has no discernible meaning in this context, and that "of" must have been omitted at some point in the process of preparing the text for publication. The phrase "Level of values" is not only meaningful, but consistent with the context, and is also a parallel construction to the other items in this series: "Depth of meanings..."; "Consecration intensity..." (i.e., 'Intensity of consecration...'); and "... progress of the personality...".
