  • July 29 - Wednesday
    • TDA meets beginning at 7:00 P.M.
  • July 30 - Thursday

    • TDA resumes at 9:00 A.M. - continues to completion of business
    • Pre-conference Retreat begins 8:00 AM (Max 20 People)
    • UB Educators Meeting  begins 9:00 AM
    • Lake Front Chicago Tour begins 9:00 AM
    • SSS'09 evening social at 7:00 P.M.
  • July 31 - Friday
    • SSS'09 begins at 9:00 A.M.
    • Pre-Conference Retreat ends 8:30 AM 
  • August 1 - Saturday
    • SSS'09 continues
    August 2 - Sunday
    • SSS'09 continues, ending at 12 noon
    • GC Meeting begins at 2:00 P.M. continuing to 11 P.M.
  • August 3 - Monday
    • GC Meeting continues, ending at noon.

Note: SSS'09 = Summer Study Session 09
TDA = the Triennial Delegate Assembly (closed meeting)
GC = the General Council Meeting (open to spectators, can be closed at times)

Other Important Information:  

Dining Hours: Breakfast: 8:00 – 9:00 AM Lunch: 12:00 – 1:00 PM Dinner: 5:30 PM.

First meal is dinner on Wed., July 29; last meal is lunch: Monday, August 3rd.
