É uma tradução progressiva de uma obra que apresenta complexidade — linguística, teológica, filosófica e científica; para tanto, contamos com os leitores no intento de alcançar entre a sintática, a semântica e o léxico, o equilíbrio imprescindível à naturalidade requerida pela língua portuguesa. This Portuguese translation of the Urantia Papers is being made available to the students of the revelation in its incomplete form. It is a progressive translation of a work which is characterized by complexity — linguistic, theological, philosophical and scientific; for this, we count upon the readers in attempting to attain a balance amongst syntactics, semantics, lexicon and the naturalness required by the portuguese language. Therefore, your contribution may be very valuable to the cause of bringing this revelation to a distracted and confused world. Coherence, harmony, beauty and truth are our purpose during the time that this task will take.

To somehow facilitate the work of those who in a fraternal spirit are sharing what they possess — obeying the precepts of our beloved Jesus — this study aid is being made available to everybody who shares the task, which is at the same time arduous and sublime, of bringing this enlightening revelation from the English language, the reliquary where these papers were entrusted, to the portuguese language. With this attitude we are aiming at helping not only the translator's work but also that of the diligent student, facilitating and stimulating the research. You are invited to share this banquet of enlightenment.
